Reduce working hours
While employed you have the possibility to work less by reducing the hours that you work. If you choose to reduce your working hours under a longer period of time this will impact your occupational pension.
Occupational pension is affected differently
How your occupational pension is affected if you reduce your working hours is dependent on which section of the collective agreement for occupational pension you belong to. Generally you belong to section 2 if you are born before 1988. If you are born 1988 or later you belong to section 1.
