If you are on leave of absence for studying you can in some cases earn into your occupational pension and sometimes not.
Your occupational pension is affected when you study
How your occupational pension is affected when you are on leave of absence for studying depends on which section your belong to in the collective agreement for occupational pension. Generally you belong Section 2 of the occupational pension agreement PA16 if you are born before 1988. If you are born 1988 or later you belong to Section 1.
Born before 1988, Section 2
- You do not earn in to the selectable part
- You do not earn in to Kåpan Tjänste
- You do not earn in to Kåpan Flex
- You do however earn in to the defined benefit retirement pension the first eight months.
Born 1988 or later, Section 1
- You do not earn in to the selectable part
- You do not earn in to Kåpan Tjänste
- You do not earn in to Kåpan Flex
