- vngage.lkvt contains an anonymous id to be able to link a chat conversation to a previous chat conversation. The cookie is stored for about 90 days.
- vngage.vid contains an anonymous id to relate to an ongoing chat conversation with us. The cookie is removed when the browser is closed.
- psCurrentState contains information about whether you are in queue or have an ongoing chat conversation with us. The cookie is removed when the browser is closed.

- PensionContractId contains which agreement you are on. If you go to a page that does not belong to any agreement and then go back, you will end up on the right agreement.
- BIGipServer~spv-rev-proxy~ is a cookie used by our load balancers. It is automatically removed when you close the browser.
- _RequestVerificationToken is a cookie set by ASP.NET and is necessary for the site's security. It prevents Cross-Site Request Forgery. Contains no information about you as a user. It is automatically removed when you close the browser.
- ASP.NET_SessionId is a session cookie that is automatically created by software on our servers. It is automatically removed when you close the browser.

- .EPiForm_BID is used when you use e-forms and necessary for you to be able to use these. The cookie is stored for 1 day.
- .EPiForm_VisitorIdentifier is used when you use e-forms and necessary for you to be able to use these. The cookie is stored for 1 day.
